Meditation with horses

We created this meditation at the beginning of the pandemic to be a safe and peaceful experience,  where small groups of humans come together to share space with horses.  We meet on the edge of a grassy field nestled in the trees.  Once settled into the space and with a focus on being in the present moment, we silently join the horses.  They naturally move from calm grazing to noticing what is in their environment, and then move back to a state of calm.  Being in their presence helps us to experience deepen our calm and notice our own subtle shifts.

No horse experience needed.  Please join us for this unique and grounding 90 minute experience. We do this once a month, in early evening during warm weather, and in the daytime during cool weather.  We adjust our schedule based on weather.  Please contact us for upcoming dates
